Lessons cancellation policy
Lessons are fully chargeable at 100% of lesson rate if cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. An exception may be applied in the event of a genuine emergency at the teacher's discretion.
Any advance payments for lessons cancelled with more than 24 hour notice will be carrier over to the next lesson or the lesson will be rescheduled if a mutual availability can be found, however the Teacher cannot guarantee such availability.
If the Teacher is unavailable to attend an already prepaid Lesson, the Lesson payment will be carried forward to another date or refunded in full to the Student.
If the Student wishes to stop lessons altogether with KM Music the Student can do this after emailing a 4 week written notice of cancellation of lessons to the Teacher.
